In the past, female scientists were not recognised for their work. Breakthroughs by women were concealed and the credit was given to the men.

Despite significant advancements in women’s higher education involvement, their representation in these areas remains low. Unfortunately, existing structures continue to create gender-related disadvantages in academia.

It is crucial to establish an environment that enables women to fulfill their potential and inspires young girls to pursue technical or scientific careers. Improvements and progress in science require the contributions of all, regardless of gender.
