ISEC 2026 took place in Graz, Austria, from 14 – 16 April 2026. The conference gathered researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to discuss pathways toward energy sovereignty and a sustainable, circular economy. Key topics included the phase-out of fossil fuels, sector coupling, energy storage, and smart electrification.
