K1-MET has been certified as a family-friendly company as part of the berufundfamilie programme. The berufundfamilie certification is a management tool for optimising a family-conscious corporate policy. The focus is on promoting the compatibility of work and family life.
Family-friendly measures are an important factor for K1-MET GmbH in motivating employees and retaining them in the company in the long term. These measures contribute to the satisfaction of the entire team and promote a positive working atmosphere. K1-MET GmbH is motivated by the desire to drive positive change in the world of work.
