K1-MET participated in an online workshop dedicated to proactive innovation

On 29th November 2021 K1-MET participated in a 1-day workshop called “Mit unternehmerisch agierenden Mitarbeiter*innen zu Innovation und nachhaltigem Erfolg!“

The workshop was organized by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Robert Breitenecker (Head of the Institute of Innovation at the Johannes Kepler University Linz) and Mag. Stephan Loidl (Manager of the Gesellschaft für betriebswirtschaftliche Forschung und Lehre OG, who was also the trainer of the workshop). The following K1-MET’s team members participated: Irmela Kofler, Christine Gruber, Johannes Rieger, Stefanie Lesiak, Michael Derntl and Monika Draxler (Area Management, Post-docs, Senior Project Manager).

This online workshop was dedicated to innovation management, potentials and barriers for innovation, entrepreneurship and tools to analyse and to define solutions for innovative actions within a company. Theoretical sessions were rounded up with discussions and the active use of innovation analysis tools in small groups (sub-groups in Linz and Leoben).
