In this workshop, the objectives and measures in the individual fields of action for more family friendliness and a timetable for implementation were defined.
We are convinced that a family-friendly corporate culture not only increases the satisfaction and motivation of our employees, but also promotes a positive working atmosphere that contributes to the long-term success of the competence center.
