The strategy workshop with Paola Mich, a licensed consultant from Familie & Beruf Management GmbH, took place on 18 March 2024. The strategy was defined and the focal points on which K1-MET GmbH will concentrate in the next three years were determined. So the first step towards family-friendliness has already been taken.
